Under Construction...

Lakeview Town homes at Greenacres, Palm Beach County, Florida is presently under construction and is a residential community consisting of 64 town homes.

Fairway Isles at Bayside Lakes is located on the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course in Palm Bay, Florida and will consist of 120 single family golf course homes.

Mill Pond Village Apartments, Salisbury Maryland located near our newly completed 150 unit, 5 story Hampton Inn.  This 62 acre development will consist of 440 residential apartment units and 85,000 sq. ft. of retail office and warehouse flex space.

 

Our Goals...

The acquisition of land to build single family homes and apartments on the east coast of the United States between Maryland and Florida.

To build to suit commercial space on our new site adjacent to the 1,000,000 sq. ft. Salisbury Center.
